This position will lead end-to-end change delivery across a complex digital transformation program involving technology, business processes and a diverse stakeholder group.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the end-to-end change strategy and plan

  • Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities

  • Deliver stakeholder engagement and program communications

  • Develop and potentially facilitate training and supporting materials

  • Support the adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working

  • Partner with program leaders, business teams and senior stakeholders

  • Monitor adoption, change risks and overall business readiness

About you

To be successful, you will have:
