Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long standing client, a leading global technology organisation. We are seeking an experienced Data 360 Technical Architect to join a high-profile enterprise transformation program focused on data, AI readiness, and large-scale customer platforms.

Role Title: Data 360 Technical Architect
Contract Length: Initial 6 month contract (highly likely to extend)
Location + WFH Flexibility: Fully remote
Daily Pay: Open rate
Project: Enterprise Data & AI Transformation Program

Role Details:

* Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade Data 360 solutions across large and complex environments
* Drive scalable data architecture initiatives focused on AI readiness, data democratisation, and governance best practices
* Partner closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality data and insights solutions
* Provide architecture guidance across enterprise systems, integrations, and multi-cloud environments
* Create and maintain architecture blueprints, technical documentation, standards, and delivery frameworks
* Support both project delivery and pre-sales engagements as the SME for Data 360 solutions

Required Skills and Experiences:

* Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Data 360 / Data Cloud solutions within enterprise environments
* Extensive background in data architecture, data modelling, metadata, lineage, and master data management (MDM)
* Proven experience delivering SaaS platform implementations and large-scale data transformation programs
* Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem products and enterprise integration patterns
* Experience working across cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
* Experience with data governance, enterprise data strategy, and AI enablement initiatives
* Ability to lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical delivery streams
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies across requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support
* Salesforce certifications highly regarded, particularly Data 360 Consultant or Salesforce Data Architect certifications

Senior Windows Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Windows Server Engineer to join a large enterprise technology environment on an initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on the design, delivery, optimisation and support of enterprise-scale Windows services across both on-premise and cloud environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and supporting large-scale Windows Server environments in a 24/7 enterprise setting
  • Delivering infrastructure changes, upgrades and automation initiatives
  • Maintaining high availability, performance and reliability across Windows services
  • Driving continuous improvement through automation and modern engineering practices
  • Supporting cloud-based workloads and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
  • Assisting with incident, problem and change management activities

Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments (500+ servers)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Windows Server 2000-2025
    • Active Directory
    • DNS/DHCP
    • PowerShell
    • ADFS/Azure AD
  • Experience with Azure Arc
  • Strong automation experience using Ansible or other Infrastructure as Code toolsets
  • Cloud and virtualisation experience across enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline

Working Arrangement

  • Initial 6-month contract
  • Strong likelihood of extension
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days onsite in Melbourne inner suburbs
