  • Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Skype
  • Experience with Citrix, virtualisation and infrastructure support
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise environments
  • Experience in secure or highly regulated environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with VoIP, XMPP or legacy systems (e.g. Lotus Domino) beneficial
  • Exposure to Cisco, Fortinet or similar networking tools advantageous
