Our Victorian Government client is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of software and digital services across a large and complex user environment.

Working across end users, software suppliers and internal technology teams, you will act as a key coordination point for software onboarding, implementation and technical issues. You will help triage and troubleshoot issues, coordinate the appropriate technical support and ensure problems are progressed through to resolution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key coordination point for users requiring support with software implementation, onboarding, renewals and transitions.
  • Triage and troubleshoot software and technology issues, identifying the appropriate pathway for resolution.
  • Coordinate issues relating to SSO, user access/IAM, APIs, integrations, data exchange and software configuration.
  • Liaise with software suppliers and internal technology teams to investigate issues, coordinate actions and drive them through to resolution.
  • Support implementation activities, including technical requirements, product configuration, readiness and service commencement.
  • Track technical issues, risks, actions and dependencies, escalating more complex matters to specialist teams where required.
  • Develop and maintain practical guidance, FAQs, process documentation and support materials for users.

About you:

  • Experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, Application Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst or Service Delivery Coordinator.
  • Good general technical knowledge with the ability to investigate and troubleshoot software or technology issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience coordinating across users, software vendors and internal IT teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Previous experience within Victorian Government would be advantageous.
