We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major digital transformation initiative within a large and complex organisation.

Working independently, you will lead business analysis, requirements management and process redesign activities while helping deliver reliable, customer-focused technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritisation and traceability
  • Mapping business processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Translating business needs into clear technical and solution requirements
  • Supporting process redesign, cost analysis, risk assessment and investment planning
  • Developing testing strategies and user acceptance testing plans
  • Building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
  • Promoting service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Substantial Senior Business Analyst experience within large, complex organisations
  • Experience implementing digital systems which is essential
  • Strong knowledge of BABOK, Agile Business Analysis or similar methodologies
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis, process modelling, testing and verification
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Dynamic forms is highly desirable
