Technical Business Analyst - Automation

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst to support a major transformation program. This is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role; it combines program governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis with hands-on use of automation and AI to improve delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams
  • Own and maintain RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts
  • Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive-level presentations
  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
  • Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual governance and delivery processes
  • Develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online
  • Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through Teams, Planner and Loop
  • Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience across Business Analysis, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs
  • Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordination capability
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation and process improvements
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner and Loop
  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

  • Utilities or energy sector experience
  • Experience across major transformation programs
  • Customer Information System or SaaS implementation experience
  • Experience working with system integrators and consulting partners
  • Power BI, change or business readiness experience
