KiZAN faced a critical need for highly skilled Azure and M365 professionals who not only possessed exceptional technical knowledge but also has the consulting charisma and experience to inspire confidence with both internal and external stakeholders.

First, we cut the hiring process in half by refining interview and onboarding procedures, ensuring KiZAN could still effectively vet candidates’ skills while simultaneously moving quickly to an offer, ensuring they don’t lose out on the race for top Microsoft talent. After all, it’s an extremely competitive market with a high demand and short supply for this level of consultancy.
Next, we acted as an additional delivery arm to their professional service needs, anticipating their project delivery needs, and ensuring candidates could hit the ground running. This freed up existing team members, allowed KiZAN’s sales team to become more empowered and more confident winning, selling, and competing for projects knowing that no potential client is beyond their reach regardless of size or intricacy, with our partnership.
By adopting this proactive versus reactive strategy, this not only saved them time, but created significant cost savings through the contract-to-hire model, which minimized permanent conversion costs. KiZAN thrived with this model, billing out contractors at a premium and offsetting agency expenses in the long run. Since we bill our contractors on a time and materials basis, KiZAN is only invoiced for the exact hours their contractors’ work; meaning they get no markups and no surprises.
