The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will join central pool of resources that can be deployed to various development projects across different business streams, moving sequentially from one to the next. You’ll join an established engineering team delivering and supporting modern applications in an AWS environment. The work suits developers who are comfortable working in differing tech stacks depending on the project/application, and able to work across multiple languages depending on what the product needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance full stack features across web applications and supporting services
  • Develop in an AWS-hosted environment and contribute to cloud-first engineering practices
  • Work across a mix of languages/tech (e.g. C#, Python, Java, Ruby, JavaScript, React)
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes in a rolling program of work

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong full stack development experience – Senior and mid-level candidates will be considered
  • AI-first development approach with Claude or Kiro
  • Comfortable working across multiple languages (“polyglot”) and learning what’s needed
  • Strong JavaScript/React experience, plus back-end capability (C#, Python, Java or Ruby)
  • AWS experience (hands-on)
  • Demonstrated experience in a larger corporate environment
  • Stable work history / longevity in prior roles seeing projects through to the end (important for a rolling program)
  • Practical, delivery-focused approach – someone who can jump in quickly and add value
