About the role:

The Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst will support the S2P Lead during implementation of the Coupa S2P platform and integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (ERP). This role ensures the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of future-state processes across the complete S2P lifecycle from sourcing through payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document current state (AS-IS) and design future state (TO-BE) S2P processes including sourcing, contracts, supplier management, requisitioning, purchasing, invoice processing, expense management, and payments in line with compliance and reporting requirements.

Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong integration and experience with SAP S4/HANA to provide technical analysis for interfaces and data models. The Client is starting a greenfield SAP S4/HANA Successfactors and Financials implementation which needs to be integrated with up to 20+ legacy applications through SAP BTP/CPI, Boomi, API’s. Many of these systems are live, business-critical platforms operating in BAU environments with limited or incomplete documentation. This role will bring clarity by understanding how current state systems function, documenting interfaces for current and future state, designing and documenting new interfaces and data flows for the new SAP system. You will work closely with Corporate Systems, Architecture, and Project teams.

The Role
Will see you working within a BA team within a PMO of approx. 20+ PM’s and BA’s, with and dotted line for the first 18-months into the project team implementing SAP S4/HANA in the public cloud. As Technical BA you will work with the project team, tier-1 vendor, corporate systems team, IT, and business sponsors to embed this system into the team’s remit to support across projects and BAU.

You will need outstanding engagement, technical depth in SAP S4/HANA public cloud implementations and integration into broader business applications with SAP BTP/CPI, REST API’s, Boomi.

  • Operate as Technical BA within the BA practice with initial focus on the SAP S4/HANA public cloud implementation
  • Analyse and document how systems operate day-to-day, including APIs, files, schedules, triggers, and system dependencies.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience acting as a Technical BA with experience in SAP S4/HANA public cloud implementation projects
  • Strong background in enterprise system integration using platforms such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI/BTP to integrate SAP into multiple corporate applications eg. Oracle, IFS, MYOB, ServiceNow, bespoke apps.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer undocumented systems and document current state interface documentation
  • Outstanding workshop facilitation with business and technical teams and ability to bridge communication gaps
  • Experience designing and documenting interface specifications, data models, data flow
  • Understanding of synchronous vs asynchronous integration patterns and batch vs event-driven processing.
  • Experience supporting testing, requirements traceability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to SAP teams, integration specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders.
