We’re looking for an experienced IT/OT Solution Architect with strong Maximo expertise and broader IT architecture experience to lead the design of integrated solutions across complex asset environments.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), and asset systems, where you’ll connect platforms such as Maximo, GIS, SCADA, and enterprise applications to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key activities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture across asset and operational domains
  • Design and deliver solutions centred on IBM Maximo, integrated with wider enterprise systems
  • Architect integrations between Maximo, GIS (ESRI / ArcGIS), SCADA, and enterprise IT platforms (cloud, data, integration layers)
  • Drive modernisation of legacy systems and improve asset performance and reliability
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient architecture designs
  • Provide architecture governance, standards, and technical leadership across programs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align technology decisions with business outcomes

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect
  • Strong experience with IBM Maximo (essential)
  • Broad exposure to enterprise IT technologies (e.g. cloud platforms, integration, data, APIs, enterprise systems)
  • Experience integrating Maximo with GIS (ESRI / ArcGIS)
  • Experience working with IT/OT environments, including SCADA or operational systems
  • Background in utilities, energy, mining, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)

The role
We’re looking for an Infrastructure Architect to help the organisation migration their of on-prem infrastructure to the cloud (Microsoft Azure).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, providing technical governance and validating vendor migration approaches
  • Define transition architecture, detailing interim states between on-prem and cloud environments
  • Produce clear, actionable documentation including migration plans, runbooks, and decision logs
  • Bridge the gap between vendor designs and legacy infrastructure realities
  • Solve complex hybrid infrastructure challenges (networking, identity, DR, latency)
  • Support migration execution planning, including wave planning and dependency management

Key Skills

  • Strong experience as an Infrastructure Architect
  • Experience in cloud migration and transition planning
  • Deep experience in enterprise infrastructure (VMware, compute, storage)
  • Strong expertise in hybrid networking (ExpressRoute, VPNs, firewalls such as Palo Alto)
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, implementable solutions

The Role

Our Client is looking for a Security Architect who will be responsible for driving the implementation of a robust security strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards while improving the organisation’s overall security posture.

You’ll operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud, and OT security, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement enterprise security strategy aligned to business, regulatory, and critical infrastructure requirements
  • Define and maintain security standards, reference architectures, and design guardrails across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, and OT environments
  • Drive measurable uplift in security posture across IT, cloud, digital, and OT environments
  • Design and deploy security architecture frameworks and governance models
  • Provide security architecture assurance for major initiatives
  • Apply threat modelling and risk based security design to identify attack paths, trust boundaries, and required controls
  • Develop technology roadmaps aligned to cyber strategy and risk appetite

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Security Architecture within complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success delivering security uplift initiatives
  • Experience working in critical infrastructure sectors (Utilities, Telco, Energy, Water)
  • Experience in multi cloud environments – AWS and Azure
  • Strong capability in threat modelling and risk-based security design
  • Exposure to OT / ICS environments and standards such as IEC 62443
  • Experience securing web facing applications, APIs, identity, privileged access, and 3rd party integrations
  • Understanding of security obligations and frameworks relevant to critical infrastructure – AESCSF and SOCI
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments
