Megan Woodbury named to SIA’s 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

Talent Group Global Chief Operating Officer Megan Woodbury has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

Now in its 12th year, the list recognises the women making remarkable contributions to staffing and workforce solutions worldwide. It is not a ranking. SIA selects senior leaders whose strategic vision and decisive actions measurably impact their companies and the wider industry.

Woodbury helped lead Talent Group’s transformation into an integrated people, technology consulting and workforce solutions group spanning five brands.

Central to that shift is SPRINT, a 90-day leadership and capability program Woodbury designed. It spans strategy, AI, mentoring and cross-brand collaboration. Since its launch, cross-brand client collaboration has increased 35%, and gross margin from integrated opportunities has risen 24.6%.

Woodbury also transformed Talent Group’s shared services function into the Hero Team, which was named APSCo Australia’s 2025 Back Office Team of the Year.

Beyond the commercial business, she reinvented Rise by Talent, the group’s social enterprise, to develop diverse emerging talent and create pathways into Australia’s technology sector.

“Being named alongside the most influential women in our industry is a privilege. Our transformation has been about breaking down silos so our people and brands can deliver more for clients together. The results show what’s possible when a business commits to that change. This recognition belongs to every person at Talent Group who made it happen,” said Woodbury.

“Megan has been instrumental in reshaping how Talent Group operates. She has built the programs, teams and culture that let our brands work as one group, and the commercial results speak for themselves. This recognition is thoroughly deserved,” said Mark Nielsen, Global CEO, Talent Group.

The full 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list is available on the SIA website. Honourees will be celebrated at SIA’s Executive Forum North America in Miami Beach, Florida, in March 2027.
