As an experienced Engineering and Delivery Lead you will oversee the successful delivery the planning, governance and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure initiatives. Reporting to the Digital Field Services Delivery Manager, you will provide technical leadership, delivery assurance and strategic direction across a complex portfolio while ensuring work is delivered safely and in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of critical telecommunications and communications infrastructure programs across operational assets.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, implementation, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Provide strong governance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Must be residing in Perth with full working rights.
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale telecommunications, OT communications, or technology infrastructure programs within energy, resources, or utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of operational and mission-critical communications systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, risks, and complex delivery programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Degree qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline would be an added advantage
  • Good to have Postgraduate qualifications in Project or Program Management
