Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce Transformation (Contract)

6-Month Contract (potential extension) with 1 day onsite in Hamilton/per week

We are looking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Salesforce transformation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Project BOB, a strategic programme replacing SAP with Salesforce to deliver a modern self-service experience for their customers.

About the Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to understand business needs, map current and future state processes, and help shape the successful implementation of Salesforce.

You’ll be instrumental in guiding stakeholders through business change while ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practice and out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders across the organisation
  • Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
  • Map current and future state business processes
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities
  • Guide stakeholders through adopting standard Salesforce functionality (OOTB) where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and Test teams
  • Support Agile delivery throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation or transformation programmes
  • Experience working on complex enterprise technology implementations
  • Strong business process mapping and requirements elicitation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation experience
  • A solid understanding of out-of-the-box (OOTB) process alignment and the ability to guide business stakeholders towards adopting standard Salesforce capabilities
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Business Analyst certification
  • Experience replacing legacy enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM or ERP)
  • Experience working on customer-facing digital transformation programmes

Were looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer where you’ll take high-level designs and turn them into clear, detailed implementation plans, then provide technical leadership and mentoring through build and execution.

Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience building a practical customer “golden record.” You’ll work with business and technical teams to define data standards and match/merge (survivorship) rules that improve quality and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run structured discovery sessions with business SMEs to understand how customer/client data is created, used, and interpreted.
  • Define a practical target structure for the golden record
  • Document data standards and rules (required fields, acceptable values, validation logic, edge cases)
  • Perform gap analysis across source systems to identify completeness/quality issues and inconsistencies
  • Design and support match/merge e.g matching on name + DOB with fallbacks, and conflict resolution across systems
  • Partner with data/CRM teams to validate rules, test outcomes, and iterate based on findings

Key Skills:

  • Golden record / canonical customer entity definition experience
  • Match/merge + survivorship rules experience
  • Structured discovery + writing clear, testable definitions
  • Direct CRM data work (Dynamics/Salesforce)
