UEM Technical Specialist – 6 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Technical Specialist to join a large enterprise organisation on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on the design, delivery, support and ongoing improvement of endpoint services across Windows, macOS and mobile environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement and support enterprise UEM and endpoint management solutions
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android endpoint environments
• Support Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE
• Manage Windows SOE, application packaging and Microsoft Autopilot
• Support SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365
• Manage Apple and Android environments using Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and Samsung Knox
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint, application and infrastructure issues
• Support upgrades, patches, releases and large-scale endpoint transformations
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across endpoint services
• Provide technical input into projects, solution designs and security initiatives
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders across the organisation

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in UEM, EUC, Modern Workplace or Endpoint Management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE
• Strong knowledge of Windows SOE and application packaging
• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot
• Experience managing macOS, iOS and Android at enterprise scale
• Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and Samsung Knox
• Understanding of Kerberos, SAML, OAuth and IT security principles
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments
• VMware and AWS experience will be highly regarded
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
