Two exciting technology leadership opportunities spanning product operations and product/platform delivery. Lead high-performing teams, improve live product performance, drive reliable releases and deliver technology roadmaps across modern cloud and customer-facing environments.

Product Operations Manager

This role is focused on keeping customer-facing products supported, stable and performing in live environments.

You will lead the operational side of the product lifecycle, with responsibility for second and third-line product support, production performance, incident and problem management, release deployment and operational readiness. A key part of the role is ensuring lessons from production are fed back into delivery teams to improve product supportability and reduce recurring issues.

We are looking for someone with strong experience across technology operations, application/product support, IT service management and production environments, ideally including:

  • 7+ years’ experience in product support or technology operations, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Second and third-line support for customer-facing products
  • Incident, problem and service management
  • Major incident management and production support
  • Release deployment and operational readiness
  • Cloud and low-code environments such as Azure and OutSystems
  • Experience influencing delivery teams to improve product supportability

ITIL or equivalent service management certification would be advantageous.

Product & Platform Delivery Manager

This role is focused on leading the teams that build, run and continuously improve key customer products and platforms.

You will own delivery across multiple product and platform teams, managing roadmap execution, delivery capacity, resourcing, integrated backlogs, dependencies and release cycles. The role requires someone who can create predictable delivery across competing priorities while maintaining clear accountability for milestones, risks and delivery outcomes.

We are looking for someone with strong experience across software delivery, product/platform delivery and technology leadership, ideally including:

  • 7+ years’ software delivery management experience, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Leadership of multiple delivery or product teams
  • Delivery against shared product/platform roadmaps
  • Capacity planning and resourcing across competing priorities
  • Integrated backlog, dependency and milestone management
  • Ownership of release cycles within live customer environments
  • Cloud and low-code platforms such as Azure and OutSystems
  • Teams responsible for both build and run activities

Agile or project management certification would be advantageous.
