Support the delivery of major technology programs as a Technology Program Coordinator. Coordinate project activities, reporting, governance, RAID registers, procurement, vendor onboarding, resource planning and stakeholder engagement. Ideal for an experienced coordinator with a strong background supporting IT/technology project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of the projects
  • Produce program reports for senior stakeholders
  • Managing logistical requirements for all workshops and activities for projects
  • Providing administrative support to Technology Program/Project Managers including minute taking, and managing calendar/s
  • Collaborating effectively within the team to glean insights for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting maintenance of compliance with project methodologies and governance
  • Managing Procurement activities according to the procurement processes
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding processes
  • Providing excellent administrative support and customer service
  • Coordinating project meetings and maintaining documentation
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to providing support for continuous improvement of project delivery
  • Ability to / Willingness to learn how to manage Sprints using Azure DevOps
  • Oversee the maintenance and quality assurance of project RAID registers, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are accurately tracked and reported
  • Manage the development, maintenance and distribution of onboarding and learning materials to support effective integration of project resources into the program
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members and vendors, ensuring compliance with program processes and standards
  • Assist the Technology Program/Project Managers with resource capacity planning, tracking resource allocations, forecast demand, and supporting the identification of resource constraints across the program.

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in administrative support in an IT Projects Delivery domain
  • Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders or similar including procurement activities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work with a wide range of people across IT disciplines.
  • An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance
  • Able to work onsite 3+ days/week
