Opportunity knocks:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Coordinator to join our client on a part-time basis to support the implementation of technical infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day technical activities onsite.
  • Align technical teams, suppliers, contractors, and trades around delivery requirements and timelines.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of:
    • LAN and WAN infrastructure
    • Server room facilities
    • Structured cabling
    • CCTV, alarms, and access-control systems
    • Audio-visual technology
    • Other supporting infrastructure
  • Check that the physical environment is ready before implementation begins.
  • Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and technical dependencies.
  • Assist with resolving onsite delivery challenges.
  • Keep project managers and stakeholders updated on progress and readiness.

About You:

  • Experience delivering IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects.
  • Good knowledge of networks, cabling, server rooms, security, and audio-visual systems.
  • Confidence coordinating technical specialists, suppliers, contractors, and trades.
  • Ability to understand technical plans and installation requirements.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
