We’re Hiring | Tech Bar Support Officer | Sydney CBD

An exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s major organisations, supporting a large-scale enterprise IT environment in a dynamic, fast-paced industry!

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Bar Support Officer to join an established national IT team, supporting over 3,000 users across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise technologies, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and become a key part of a highly visible IT support function.

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support experience

  • Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills

  • Microsoft Intune experience, essential

  • JAMF and AV experience, highly regarded

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
