Our client is seeking a hands-on Systems Support Analyst for a 2-month contract, to support business applications, process improvements and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure and maintain TrueContext forms.
  • Use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to automate workflows and improve data management.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot to streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Support business applications and data management across multiple platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing TrueContext forms.
  • Experience using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, including scripting and automation.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot to support business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • General understanding of databases and business applications.
  • Good communication skills and a systems and process-focused mindset.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with Evotix or other HSE management platforms.
  • Experience developing automated workflows and improving internal processes.
  • Background supporting engineering, construction or operational environments.
