Join a multidisciplinary technology team delivering significant digital transformation initiatives, working across complex enterprise applications and cloud-based systems.

This is a technically focused Systems Analyst role where you’ll bridge business requirements and solution design, working closely with developers, architects and delivery teams to understand system impacts, define requirements and support the delivery of scalable solutions.

The Role

Working within Agile development and detailed design teams, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise applications, with a focus on cloud-native technologies and complex system integrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation
  • Assessing system impacts across applications, integrations, APIs, databases and business processes
  • Documenting current and future state processes, business rules, data flows and solution designs
  • Working with developers, architects and stakeholders to support solution design and delivery from discovery through to production release
  • Contributing to Agile delivery practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams

About You

We’re particularly interested in:

  • Strong experience as a Systems Analyst within complex enterprise or government technology environments
  • Experience translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows and specifications
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, databases, data flows and application architecture
  • Experience conducting system impact analysis and documenting current and future state processes
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including Scrum or SAFe
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting end-to-end software delivery, including discovery, design, implementation and release
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Aurora, EventBridge, EC2 or Kinesis would be highly regarded.
