Solutions Architect - (SAP S/4HANA)
We’re looking for an accomplished Solution Architect to lead the design of complex SAP solutions within a large enterprise environment.
This is a senior, influential role where you’ll guide architecture decisions, solve challenging integration problems and ensure solutions remain robust, scalable and aligned with business needs.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, business owners, architects and delivery teams across an extensive SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics landscape.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the architecture and design of integrated enterprise solutions
- Translating complex business requirements into clear, practical solution designs
- Developing architecture documents, design specifications and solution artefacts
- Defining integration strategies across SAP and connected enterprise systems
- Identifying and managing architectural risks, issues and dependencies
- Assessing proposed changes and protecting the integrity of the overall solution
- Providing trusted advice to senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Reviewing technical deliverables for quality and alignment with relevant standards
- Coaching other architects and supporting knowledge transfer
- Building agreement across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
What you’ll bring
You’ll have extensive experience leading architecture within large, complex SAP or ERP transformations. You can operate at both the strategic and technical levels and communicate complex ideas in a way that drives confident decisions.
Your experience will include:
- Strong solution architecture experience in highly integrated SAP environments
- Delivery of complex SAP solutions across finance and supply chain
- Expert knowledge of systems integration and solution integration design
- Experience creating and presenting high-quality architecture artefacts
- The ability to translate complex SAP concepts into clear business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement, advisory and negotiation skills
- Experience guiding architects and multidisciplinary delivery teams
- A strong record of delivering quality outcomes under demanding timeframes
Experience across the following areas will be highly regarded:
- General Ledger and Management Accounting
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting and Asset Accounting
- Asset and Real Estate Management
- Inventory Management
- Operational Procurement
- Extended Warehouse Management
Experience working in large government, regulated or similarly complex enterprise environments will be advantageous.
Contract details
- Rate: $1,200-$1,275 per day including superannuation
- Term: 8-month contract
- Location: Brisbane CBD
- Engagement: Full-time
- Flexibility: Flexible working arrangements may be considered, subject to operational requirements
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required during testing, releases and other critical delivery milestones.
