Senior Technical Business Analyst - Qualtrics Remediation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a data remediation initiative within a large organisation. You will assess the use of Qualtrics and other survey platforms, identify sensitive data, and define practical remediation and data-purging requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Qualtrics usage and administration reports to identify remediation priorities.
• Identify sensitive data held across Qualtrics and other survey tools.
• Engage with internal technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Assess data risks and define appropriate data-purging solutions.
• Develop and maintain remediation plans, reporting and progress tracking.
• Map current and future-state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and present practical, achievable solutions.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Skills and experience

• Strong experience as a Senior or Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering data remediation, privacy, compliance or data-purging initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms; Qualtrics experience is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Higher education experience would be advantageous.
