Senior Experience Designer // Internal platform

We’re working with a major financial services organisation looking for a Senior Experience Designer to improve the platforms its staff use every day.

The focus is on internal systems, CRM and staff workflows. You’ll need experience designing for employees working through complex processes, with examples that go beyond customer-facing websites and apps.

Requirements:

Working alongside designers, product owners, BAs and delivery teams, you’ll:

  • Speak with staff to understand how they work and where existing systems cause problems.

  • Turn research findings into designs and prototypes, then test and refine them with users.

  • Simplify workflows across CRM and internal applications.

  • Run workshops to work through requirements and agree on design decisions.

  • Work within an enterprise design system and contribute improvements.

  • Stay involved through delivery, balancing usability with business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in UX, product or experience design.

  • Banking or financial services experience – Preferred

  • Hands-on design experience with internal platforms, CRM systems or back-office applications.

  • Strong research, prototyping and usability testing skills.

  • Confidence working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • A portfolio showing your role in solving complex design problems and the outcomes achieved.
