Senior Contracts Manager
3-Month Contract | Daily Rate | APAC & EMEA | No Travel

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to manage complex government contracts across APAC and EMEA.

Working with a team, you will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, from proposal development and negotiation through to contract management, renewal and wind down. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery and Legal teams, you’ll provide commercial guidance, manage contractual risk and ensure compliance with government procurement and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex government contracts.
  • Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and wind down agreements.
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with government customers.
  • Identify and manage risks relating to liability, IP, data privacy and warranties.
  • Support proposals and ensure contractual and procurement compliance.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewals, expirations and obligations.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks and governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Delivery and Legal.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in contracts management, commercial management or proposal development.
  • A degree in Business, Law or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Experience working with government/public sector customers, ideally across APAC and/or EMEA.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement, probity and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within government or defence environments, World Commerce & Contracting/IACCM certification, or postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

This is an initial 3-month daily rate contract offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile international government contracts within an innovative and fast-moving environment.
