One of our clients is looking to recruit an experienced Change Lead for an initial 12-month contract based in Adelaide CBD.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and must be currently based in Adelaide, South Australia, to be considered for this opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Significant experience as a Change Lead, Senior Change Manager or Organisational Change Manager delivering large-scale digital, ICT, workforce or business transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation.
  • Proven experience leading complex organisational change initiatives across large, multi-site environments.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or business system implementations.
  • Experience managing change throughout the full project lifecycle, including pilot, rollout, go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, operational leaders, technical teams and external vendors.
