Rate: $800-$900 per day + super

A leading higher education organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can work autonomously, quickly understand a complex program environment and take ownership of change activities with minimal direction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.

• Develop and deliver change, communication and engagement plans.

• Lead business readiness, training and enablement activities.

• Engage with business leaders, SMEs, project teams and operational stakeholders.

• Manage competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.

• Produce clear, high-quality change documentation and communications.

• Support the Change Lead and Senior Project Managers in delivering program outcomes.

Skills and experience

• 5-7+ years’ experience in organisational change management.

• Strong experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.

• Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.

• A pragmatic and proactive approach in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs will be highly regarded.

You are an experienced Senior Change Analyst who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You can quickly build relationships, identify change impacts and drive practical outcomes without extensive onboarding or supervision.
