We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology transformation program within a leading Utility. The role will support an complex, system upgrade, focused on upgrading critical network management systems and improving business processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ Business Analyst experience, including complex technology implementations.
  • Energy / Utilities industry experience – mandatory.
  • Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with system integrations, testing and change management.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience in Electricity distribution, Regulatory programs, ADMS, DMS or OMS experience highly desirable.
