Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within a large, complex organisation. This role focuses on business analysis, strategic planning and investment decisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
  • Develop business cases, investment proposals and strategic roadmaps.
  • Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support financial modelling and strategic planning.
  • Develop future-state operating models and business solutions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Provide guidance to Business Analysts and improve BA practices.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Senior Business Analyst experience in complex organisations.
  • Experience developing business cases and investment proposals.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of financial modelling and strategic planning.
  • Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in aviation, infrastructure, heavy industry or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of BABOK, PRINCE2, Lean or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI or SQL.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA or relevant qualifications.
