Our client is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to provide immediate support during a key remuneration cycle. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, supporting remuneration activities across a complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the upcoming remuneration and salary review cycle
  • Provide remuneration support across all HEW classification levels
  • Work across relevant awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
  • Support remuneration analysis, benchmarking and salary-related activities
  • Provide accurate remuneration advice and support to stakeholders
  • Partner with People & Culture and broader business stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist, Remuneration Analyst or Reward Specialist
  • Demonstrated experience supporting remuneration and salary review cycles
  • Strong understanding of awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
  • Strong analytical and Excel capability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Higher education experience highly regarded
  • Exposure to HEW classifications and salary structures highly regarded
