Project Manager - (Digital Projects)

An established Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small to medium-sized digital and customer-facing initiatives.

Working within a fast-paced Agile environment, you will manage projects across customer experience, loyalty, digital payments and broader technology improvements. This may include loyalty program enhancements, digital wallet capabilities such as Google Pay, and other initiatives across the organisation’s digital customer ecosystem.

This opportunity would suit a commercially focused and adaptable Project Manager who can bring structure to delivery, manage competing priorities and work effectively across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital and technology projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, RAID registers and governance reporting.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across digital, product, technology, operations and external vendors.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to manage priorities and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums and stakeholder updates.
• Support implementation planning, business readiness and transition into operational support.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure projects deliver agreed customer, operational and commercial outcomes.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering digital, technology or customer-facing projects.
• Strong generalist project management capability across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working within a highly Agile commercial environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Strong financial management, governance and project reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional team management capability.
• A pragmatic, adaptable and delivery-focused approach.

Experience delivering projects across loyalty programs, digital payments, mobile applications, e-commerce or customer platforms would be highly regarded.

Contract Details

• Contract: 6 months
• Rate: $950 – $1,000 per day inclusive of superannuation
• Location: Southbank, Brisbane
• Working arrangement: Hybrid WFH
