An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage strategic sourcing and contract management activities for a high-value, high-risk ICT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the program’s strategic procurement plan.
  • Lead complex ICT sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting activities.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, extensions and supplier performance.
  • Develop RFQs, RFTs, evaluation reports, negotiation plans and executive briefs.
  • Provide expert procurement advice while ensuring compliance with government policies and frameworks.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience managing complex commercial contracts within large ICT programs or transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-value procurement activities from planning through to contract award.
  • Previous experience working within the Victorian Government
  • Familiarity with contract management and collaboration platforms such as Zycus, Oracle, SharePoint or Jira.
