Talent International is currently seeking experienced Payroll, Accounts Payable and Finance professionals for a range of opportunities with established organisations across Perth.

Current Opportunities:

Accounts Payable Administrator

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including high-volume invoice processing and supplier payments.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and respond to payment enquiries.
• Process expense claims and support month-end reporting.
• Utilise SAP and other financial systems to maintain accurate records and support efficient processes.

Senior Payroll Consultant

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, leave, taxation and termination entitlements.
• Interpret relevant legislation, industrial awards, agreements and payroll policies.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll enquiries, discrepancies and overpayments.
• Undertake payroll quality assurance, reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Provide guidance and support to payroll team members.
• aPay (Alesco), Dayforce aPay or AscenderPay experience highly regarded

Team Leader – Payroll Risk, Assurance & Integrity

• Coordinate payroll assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management activities.
• Review payroll controls, conduct quality assurance assessments and support audit readiness.
• Identify compliance risks, investigate discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Provide guidance on payroll governance, legislative requirements and internal controls.
• Support team supervision, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• aPay (Alesco), Dayforce aPay or AscenderPay experience highly regarded

Skills & Experience

Depending on the opportunity, we’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas:

• End-to-end accounts payable or payroll processing within complex environments.
• High-volume invoice processing, supplier payments and financial reconciliations.
• Payroll legislation, industrial awards, enterprise agreements and employee entitlements.
• Payroll quality assurance, compliance, governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Experience using SAP, HRMIS, payroll or financial management systems.
• Financial reporting, data analysis, audit preparation and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex discrepancies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills.
• Team leadership, coaching or mentoring experience for senior-level opportunities.

Experience within government, mining, resources or other large and complex organisations will be highly regarded where relevant.
