Organisational Change Manager
- Lead organisational change across major cyber security and technology initiatives

- Current NV1 security clearance required
Join a large-scale cyber uplift program delivering significant changes across technology, processes, governance and ways of working.
This is an organisational change role with a strong technology and cyber focus. You’ll work across business, technical and executive stakeholders to understand change impacts, build readiness and support the adoption of new capabilities, operating models and ways of working.
The Role
Working within an established Organisational Change Management team, you’ll lead and coordinate change activities across multiple related cyber security initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing change strategies, plans, frameworks and supporting artefacts
- Assessing change impacts, stakeholder readiness, risks, dependencies and organisational capacity
- Leading stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops and change-readiness activities
- Translating complex technical and strategic information into clear business impacts and practical change interventions
- Supporting the adoption of new roles, responsibilities, governance arrangements, processes and ways of working
About You
We’re particularly interested in:
- Strong experience leading complex organisational change within large-scale ICT or technology programs
- Demonstrated experience delivering change within Federal Government or another highly regulated environment
- Experience managing change across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications and adoption measures
- A recognised change management qualification such as Prosci, Change Management Institute accreditation, Agile Change Leadership or equivalent practitioner-level qualification
- Experience supporting cyber security, vulnerability management or operating model transformation would be highly regarded
- Familiarity with vulnerability management platforms such as Rapid7, Tenable, Archer or ForeScout would be advantageous
