Permanent Opportunity | Iconic Australian Organisation | Enterprise Oracle Fusion Environment

An iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Security Analyst to take ownership of user identity, access and security across its enterprise Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
This is a hands-on security-focused position responsible for managing and governing access across Oracle Fusion SaaS, PaaS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will play a key role in ensuring access is appropriately provisioned, reviewed and controlled while supporting security, compliance and audit requirements.
Working closely with Finance Systems, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, business stakeholders and external Oracle partners, you will be the key point of expertise for Oracle Fusion user security and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end user access across the Oracle Fusion platform, including joiner, mover and leaver activities.
• Administer Oracle Fusion users, roles, privileges and data access.
• Manage role architecture across job roles, duty roles, abstract roles and associated privileges.
• Assess access requests and ensure appropriate approvals and governance requirements are met.
• Coordinate recurring user access and role reviews across Oracle Fusion products.
• Investigate access issues, role assignment problems and security-related incidents.
• Maintain role catalogues, access matrices, security procedures and audit evidence.
• Support security dependencies across Oracle Fusion SaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud/PaaS and OCI.
• Work with Cyber Security, Risk, Finance and business control owners to strengthen access controls.
• Assess and test security impacts associated with quarterly Oracle releases.
• Support internal and external audits relating to Oracle Fusion access and security.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Strong hands-on experience withOracle Fusion user security and role administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of roles, privileges, data access and Fusion security architecture.
• Experience managing user access requests and access lifecycle activities.
• Practical experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and remediation.
• Experience coordinating user access reviews and maintaining audit evidence.
• Understanding of security across Oracle Fusion SaaS, PaaS and OCI.
• Experience working within a medium to large enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
