Desktop Support Technician | PV Clearance

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support, helping users resolve day-to-day issues and keeping their equipment running smoothly.

The role

  • Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software and peripheral issues.

  • Install and configure computers and applications.

  • Carry out maintenance and updates.

  • Keep clear records of issues and resolutions.

  • Work directly with users and take ownership of support requests.

About you

You have hands-on desktop support experience, communicate clearly and enjoy solving problems. You’re comfortable working independently and providing friendly, reliable support.

An active Positive Vetting (PV) clearance is essential.
