Microsoft Intune SME

An opportunity for a highly experienced Microsoft Intune SME to take a key technical role within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This isn’t purely a BAU endpoint support position. You’ll be brought in as a subject matter expert, helping shape, improve and mature the organisation’s modern endpoint environment while solving complex technical challenges across Intune and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll work alongside experienced infrastructure, security and cloud teams, providing technical direction while remaining close enough to the technology to get hands-on where required.

What you’ll be working across:

  • Microsoft Intune architecture, configuration and optimisation
  • Windows endpoint and modern device management
  • Autopilot and automated device provisioning
  • Configuration profiles, compliance policies and application deployment
  • Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 integration
  • Endpoint security, conditional access and device compliance
  • Troubleshooting complex endpoint and Intune issues
  • Technical standards, documentation and continuous improvement
  • Providing SME guidance to engineering, security and delivery teams
