Infrastructure Architect

• 12 Month Contract
• Brisbane Based
• $1000 Per Day

The Role

As an Infrastructure Architect, you will provide technical leadership across multiple platform and infrastructure initiatives, working closely with application, infrastructure, security, vendor and delivery teams.

You will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into practical architecture and driving solutions from initial design through to implementation and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures across platform services, integrations, automation and operational tooling.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and handover.
• Design scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure and platform solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
• Design and support integrations across enterprise systems, SaaS platforms and identity services.
• Champion cloud-native architecture, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform engineering practices.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure and security teams to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and technology standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and technical workstreams.
• Collaborate with vendors, managed service providers and offshore delivery teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure/Active Directory.
• Strong experience designing and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Experience configuring integrations between enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing processes and configurations within SaaS platforms to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience developing both high-level and detailed solution architecture.
• Proven delivery experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
