HR Business Partner
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a growing, project delivery and operationally focused business. This is an autonomous role suited to someone who can balance strategic people partnering with hands-on HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across corporate, project and operational workforces
- Personally manage complex ER matters, investigations, performance and disputes through to resolution
- Provide practical advice across ER/IR, policies, enterprise agreements and people risk
- Drive workforce planning, succession and talent management
- Support leadership capability, performance and organisational effectiveness
- Shape and deliver people initiatives aligned to business growth and future capability
- Use workforce insights to identify emerging risks and priorities
Key Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, operational or project-based business
- Strong hands-on ER capability and confidence managing complex cases independently
- Experience across workforce planning, talent, succession and leadership development
- Strong senior stakeholder management, influencing and coaching capability
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable operating autonomously
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian employment practices
- Experience within utilities, energy, construction, infrastructure, aviation or defence highly regarded
- Exposure to EPC environments and blue-collar/professional workforces advantageous
