Head of Enterprise Change
Join one of Australia’s most respected organisations as it undertakes an ambitious, multi-year enterprise transformation, modernising its systems, services and operating models across a complex national and international environment.
We are seeking a senior Enterprise Engagement & Readiness Leader to provide strategic oversight of organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of major transformation initiatives.
This is not a traditional change delivery role. The focus is on taking an enterprise-wide view, understanding the cumulative impact of change and ensuring the organisation is ready to successfully navigate multiple concurrent transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish an enterprise-wide view of organisational readiness, change impacts and capacity.
- Identify competing priorities, dependencies and risks across transformation programs.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Influence strategic decisions around transformation sequencing, engagement and readiness.
- Lead senior change professionals and strengthen enterprise change governance and reporting.
About You
- Extensive experience in enterprise transformation, strategic change or organisational readiness leadership.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple programs rather than individual project delivery.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience in complex, highly matrixed organisations.
- Exposure to ERP, enterprise technology or operating model transformation.
- Confident, personable and collaborative leadership style.
Banking, financial services, insurance or higher education experience will be highly regarded.
