We’re looking for experienced Finance Business Partners to join a large, well-established organisation, supporting its Technology function across financial planning, commercial partnering and performance management.

There are 2 fantastic opportunities for commercially minded finance professionals who enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions and turning financial data into meaningful insights.

Key activities

  • Partner with Technology leaders to provide financial insights, commercial advice and decision support.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, financial performance and reporting across Technology portfolios.
  • Support investment decisions, business cases, cost optimisation and financial planning.
  • Analyse financial trends, risks and opportunities to drive better business outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve financial performance.
  • Support financial governance, procurement activities and commercial commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise and automate financial reporting and processes.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience supporting Technology, IT or Digital functions will be highly regarded.
  • Relevant Finance, Accounting or Commerce qualifications; CA/CPA preferred.
  • Experience with Apptio would be advantageous.
