Bring your logistics and Integrated Logistics Support experience into a broad advisory role supporting a large-scale, technically complex program environment.

As an ILS Advisor, you’ll work across logistics, sustainment, technical data and integrated support activities, partnering with project teams and specialist stakeholders to help ensure capability is supported effectively throughout its lifecycle.

This is a varied role that goes well beyond a single area of ILS. You’ll work across engineering changes, logistics information management, obsolescence, sparing, life cycle costing, technical data and support planning, with the opportunity to contribute across both day-to-day delivery and longer-term support outcomes.

The Role

Working as a key member of the logistics team, you’ll provide advice and support across a range of integrated logistics activities, working closely with project management, scheduling, commercial and specialist support teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing logistics information and support activities across MILIS / S4HANA, including supply support and obsolescence management
  • Reviewing CDRLs, DIDs and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), providing logistics input and advice
  • Conducting sparing analysis, RSPL modelling and Life Cycle Costing to support ongoing capability requirements
  • Developing and maintaining key ILS and technical data documentation, including support, disposal and obsolescence management plans
  • Working closely with project, technical and commercial stakeholders to coordinate integrated support activities and drive timely outcomes

About You

You’ll bring strong experience across logistics and integrated support, with the ability to move comfortably between detailed technical work, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

We’re particularly interested in experience across:

  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within complex acquisition or sustainment environments
  • MILIS and/or S/4HANA
  • Logistics support analysis, including sparing, obsolescence and Life Cycle Costing
  • Technical data, ILS documentation and engineering change activities
  • Working effectively across multidisciplinary project and support teams
  • A minimum NV1 security clearance

Why Consider the Opportunity?

The breadth of this role means you won’t be limited to one area of ILS. You’ll work across different stages of the support lifecycle and alongside technical, project, commercial and specialist teams, giving you plenty of variety in both the work and the stakeholders you engage with.

There’s also flexibility in how you join, with the opportunity available as either permanent full-time or a contract through to 30 June 2027, with possible extension.

For permanent employees, there is a range of additional benefits available, including the option to purchase additional leave and support for professional development and certifications.
