We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – TechnologyOne HRP to lead end-to-end HR and Payroll implementations, oversee client engagements and mentor functional consultants. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of TechnologyOne HRP experience, strong CiAnywhere expertise, and proven delivery leadership skills. This is an exciting opportunity to drive successful project outcomes, develop team capabilities and contribute to the growth of a TechnologyOne consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end TechnologyOne HRP implementations, from discovery and solution design through to go-live and support.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring agreed timelines, scope, quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Provide functional leadership across TechnologyOne HR, Payroll and CiAnywhere solutions.
  • Guide system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment activities.
  • Ensure payroll solutions comply with Australian legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and reporting requirements.
  • Lead, mentor and develop HRP consultants, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships, facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Resolve complex functional and delivery issues, providing guidance and escalation support.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to manage risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of HRP consulting practices, delivery standards and service improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in TechnologyOne HRP implementation and consulting, including end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Strong functional expertise in TechnologyOne Human Resources and Payroll modules, including CiAnywhere.
  • Demonstrated experience leading consultants, functional delivery teams or complex HRP implementations.
  • Proven experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll requirements, awards, enterprise agreements, payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting.
  • Experience managing complex functional issues and providing practical solution recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop consultants.
  • Understanding of system integrations, data migration, ETL processes and HR/payroll data security.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes across multiple engagements.
