The role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a transformation-focused project team supporting a major data migration and technology program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst with strong SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric experience to play a key role in data analysis, migration, validation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse source and target systems, including data structures, relationships and business requirements
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing and analysis to identify data quality issues
  • Develop SQL queries and Power BI reports to support data validation
  • Support data migration activities including migration loads, testing, cutover readiness
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and project teams to define transformation rules

Key Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Migration projects, with strong experience in data profiling and source-to-target mapping.
  • Strong SQL skills with proven experience analysing, validating and reconciling data.
  • Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar Microsoft data platforms such as Azure Synapse or SQL Server.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
