We are seeking a Change and Communications Analyst to support a significant business and technology transformation program within a leading organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and deliver communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Conduct change impact assessments, identify business readiness requirements
  • Create engaging communications, training materials, leader briefings and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to coordinate change activities
  • Monitor change adoption, identify risks and issues, and support continuous improvement

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst, Communications Analyst
  • Strong experience developing and delivering change communications
  • Experience developing business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, supporting system implementations
