Business Development Manager – IT / HR Technology Solutions

Permanent – Full-Time Position

Talent International is partnering with an established technology solutions provider to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, enterprise software or HR technology platforms into mid-to-large organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise clients.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and cold calling through to closing deals.
  • Develop sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond to client enquiries, tenders and new business opportunities.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development or enterprise sales.
  • Background in IT solutions, SaaS, HCMS/HR technology or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Confident in cold calling, prospecting and building client relationships from scratch.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling into government, banking, utilities, telecoms or large corporates is highly regarded.
  • Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
