Location : Hamilton based or Travel to Hamilton 1 per week.

About the role

You’ll work across strategic technology and enterprise initiatives. You’ll connect business strategy, customer outcomes and technology delivery-helping define complex problems, shape future-state capabilities and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do

• Drive strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with business objectives and the technology roadmap.

• Define initiatives with a clear focus on scope, value and customer outcomes.

• Elicit, validate and clearly communicate stakeholder requirements.

• Refine concepts and initiatives to support high-level solution design.

• Validate proposed designs with stakeholders and customers.

• Support the ongoing development and improvement of products and systems.

• Champion effective communication between business and technology teams.

• Mentor and coach other Business Analysts, supporting consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Work within delivery approaches including SAFe, Agile, Kanban and Scrum.

What you’ll bring

You’re adaptable, curious and comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities. You build confidence across diverse stakeholder groups and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

You’ll also have:

• At least five years’ experience in an Information Technology Business Analysis role in New Zealand

• Experience leading and coaching other Business Analysts.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• The ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

• A proven ability to break complex problems into actionable solutions.

• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
