Business Analyst - Salesforce

The Role

As the Business Analyst, you will:

Lead requirements gathering and analysis across the Salesforce / Agentforce implementation.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
Create current and future-state process maps and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into clear outcomes for technical and Salesforce delivery teams.
Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
Manage relationships across internal stakeholders, vendors and external delivery partners.
Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks and business impacts.

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong Business Analyst experience within Salesforce implementations.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities highly regarded.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with process mapping and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar.
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, driven approach with the ability to take ownership.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a delivery team.
