Business Analyst (Dynamics/Power Platform)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution for a large government department based in Brisbane CBD.

  • 3 months + potential extensions
  • Up to $149.46/hour inc super
  • Brisbane CBD location (2 days WFH pw)

Working within a broader program of work, the Technical Business Analyst will act as the key link between business stakeholders, the department’s project team and the implementation vendor responsible for solution delivery. The role will ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated and translated into fit-for-purpose system outcomes.

The role will focus on business analysis, process design, solution refinement, backlog management, testing support and the identification and prioritisation of future enhancements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Senior Project Officer, business stakeholders and the implementation vendor to support successful project delivery and establish a sustainable roadmap for ongoing system improvement following implementation.

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation experience
  • Ideally Power Platform exposure
  • End-to-end CRM or enterprise system implementation experience
  • Requirements gathering / elicitation and process mapping
  • Experience working directly with an implementation vendor / systems integrator
  • UAT, test plans, test scripts, defect management and traceability
  • Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint reviews and enhancements
