About the Role

  • Lead workshops to capture and validate requirements across crew planning, rostering and technology teams.

  • Translate enterprise agreement provisions into documented business rules and system requirements.

  • Assess existing processes and system capabilities, identifying gaps and required changes.

  • Develop process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors throughout configuration and implementation.

  • Support testing, UAT and implementation readiness.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst on complex system implementation or business change projects.

  • Ideally, experience with airline rostering, crew scheduling or crew management systems.

  • Experience implementing enterprise agreement rules or complex workforce requirements is highly desirable.

  • Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements documentation skills.

  • Confident working across operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
