Business Analyst – Business Transformation

Help shape better ways of working across a complex organisation.

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of transformation initiatives, connecting business priorities with practical process and technology improvements.

Working with business stakeholders, technical specialists and external vendors, you’ll investigate current challenges, define future requirements and help deliver solutions that improve organisational performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs and agree priorities.
  • Analyse existing processes and design improved workflows that support future operations.
  • Produce clear requirements, process models, use cases and functional specifications, including data and integration requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors to clarify solution designs and maintain requirements traceability through delivery.
  • Support test planning, develop test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs.
  • Assess dependencies, delivery risks and change impacts to support informed decisions.
  • Apply transformation governance standards and contribute to improvements in delivery practices.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven Business Analyst experience across transformation or complex business improvement projects.
  • Strong skills in process redesign, requirements management and technical or integration analysis.
  • Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK or comparable delivery approaches and the project lifecycle.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, presenting findings and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with process modelling and project tools, alongside Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Awareness of security, privacy, compliance and business controls.
  • A collaborative approach, strong customer focus and relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
