About the role

We’re looking for a Business Analysis Practice Lead to lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, strengthen analysis capability and drive practical AI adoption across a Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence.

Combining people leadership, business analysis expertise and hands-on AI enablement, you’ll improve how teams discover, analyse and deliver change, creating measurable gains in productivity, quality and delivery capacity.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach and develop Business Analysts, supporting performance, career growth and continuous learning.
• Evolve BA standards, frameworks and quality assurance practices across the CoE.
• Manage workforce planning, capability development and resource allocation.
• Provide expert guidance across discovery, inception and delivery.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements using Microsoft 365 Copilot and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop and scale prompts, AI agents, templates, guidance and automated workflows.
• Support adoption through coaching, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Measure benefits while embedding responsible AI, security, privacy and governance practices.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be an experienced BA leader who combines strong people management with practical delivery experience and a passion for improving ways of working.

We’re particularly interested in:

• Experience leading and developing BA teams in complex delivery or transformation environments.
• A track record of improving BA practice standards, capability and quality.
• Practical experience implementing AI-enabled productivity, automation or process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience taking initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• An understanding of responsible AI, information security, privacy and risk management.
