There’s still no shortage of headlines about AI. But for many organisations, the question is whether AI is delivering real impact.

To better understand what’s really happening, Talent recently ran its latest AI at work survey, asking people to share how AI is changing the way they work, from productivity and workload to policy, trust, skills, hiring plans and ROI.
